Paul Ganzeboom has spent most of his career in higher professional education (HBO). He studied English Language and Literature at the University of Groningen.

Paul has worked as a lecturer and International Relations Manager at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden, but he has also gained experience in the corporate sector (Wolters-Noordhoff and KPN). At Hanze University of Applied Sciences, he served as the director of the International Business School and the Institute of Marketing Management. In this role, he was also responsible for developing new programs, such as the English-taught Marketing Management program, an associate degree program, and an interdisciplinary master’s degree. Additionally, Paul has frequently been involved in accreditation processes at other universities of applied sciences within the Economics sector.
