After her study Horticulture and Crop Production at the Wageningen Agrarian University (WAU) Marga Dekker-Joziasse worked for a number of years at the WAU as assistant teacher. In this function she supported the horticulture teaching team with innovating and updating the teaching methods and design of teaching material.

From 1996 she worked for the HBO raad’s (Association of Universities of Applied Sciences) department of quality assurance as secretary for various audit visits. She has been active as senior auditor at NQA since 2004 while also fulfilling the role of account manager for several  higher education institutes. Marga has experience in all domains of HBO education and is also familiar with several WO sectors, both funded and non-funded, new and existing study programmes and for the languages English and Dutch.

Marga also undertakes consultancy work and trains NQA panel members and interested parties from higher education institutes.
